Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of AutoMotorShop as a digital platform to publish, browse and promote listings for vehicles, machinery and related services.

Platform nature

AutoMotorShop operates as a classifieds and contact platform between users. The platform does not own the listed vehicles or goods, does not act as a direct seller, does not intermediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, does not participate in private-party payments and does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, delivery or outcome of any transaction on or off the site.

User and seller responsibility

Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they register, publish or share. Users registered as sellers must publish real, up-to-date information about the item, its price, condition, documentation and sale terms. Sellers are responsible for the legality of their listings and for responding in good faith to inquiries.

Security and fraud prevention

Users are responsible for protecting themselves when contacting others, verifying identities, reviewing documents, inspecting goods and agreeing on payments. AutoMotorShop does not exhaustively verify every seller or buyer. If you notice fraud signals, unrealistic prices or pressure to pay without seeing the product, do not continue and report the listing or seller.

Listings and content

False, misleading, duplicate, illegal, offensive or third-party-rights-infringing listings are not allowed. AutoMotorShop may edit, reject, expire, hide or remove listings when violations are detected or reasonable reports are received.

Promotions and platform payments

Featured and boost services are processed through authorized payment gateways (e.g. Wompi). AutoMotorShop does not store full bank details or card information; it only keeps payment references, amounts, transaction statuses and operational data needed for support, reconciliation and possible claims related to failed payments or disputes over services purchased on the site.

Moderation and suspension

AutoMotorShop may moderate reports, disable accounts, limit features or remove content to protect the community, prevent fraud, maintain service security or comply with legal obligations.

Brand, logos and identity

The AutoMotorShop name, logo, design, copy and other elements that identify the company are protected. Use of the brand, logos, trade name or any distinctive sign of AutoMotorShop without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited, including in listings, social media, documents, third-party websites or materials that may suggest affiliation, endorsement or official representation.
